Where we ship
We ship from Hastings, East Sussex to addresses in the United Kingdom and to France, Germany, Italy, Romania, Spain and Belgium. We cannot ship to other countries at present.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are dispatched from Hastings, East Sussex. Delivery to an EU address usually takes 5–10 working days.
Delivery costs
Delivery within the United Kingdom is free. Delivery to France, Germany, Italy, Romania, Spain or Belgium costs £15 per order. Costs are shown at checkout before payment.
Customs and import charges
Parcels sent from the UK to the EU may attract customs duties, import VAT or carrier handling fees. These are set by the destination country's authorities or by the carrier and are the responsibility of the customer. They are normally collected before the parcel is handed over.
Delays and lost parcels
If your order has not arrived within the delivery times above, contact vas.del@yahoo.com with your order reference and we will investigate with the carrier.
